it could be nice to have opportunity to comment different parts of reports

it doesn't make sense to scan whole (large) repository only if some (sub) modules are needed. For instance, constraint scanning by modules.

Also, matrix by code type (e.g. X-Axis has values like 'C/C++', 'Java', 'Assembler', 'Corba', 'Perl', 'Other Script' - these should be user-configurable):
Y - axis:
1.) Non- commented source lines, total
2.)New or changed non-commented source code lines since previous version
3.) Number of functions/methods
4.) size of executable
5.) Bytes of object code (*.obj) in the project (maybe a legacy heading for our projects but good to have nonetheless)
6.)Bytes of object codes in the libraries used from outside and linked ot the product.
